Whats a good cycle for speed/endurance in running?
Im a soccer player at my college and i want to know whats a good cycle for running speed increase?

eq is well known for increasing endurance. if i could find it in a short ester it would surely be in my next rugby season cycle. maybe stack it with a low to moderate dose of test and a good diet for lean gains without too much weight gain

I'm not saying that this isn't possible, but just from personal history, don't ever take test if you're playing a speed/endurance sport! At any dose!
I played hockey at very high levels of competition and test absolutely destroyed my ability to play, even at only 250 mg a week. Water retention, sore joints, etc etc. Testosterone is a key ingredient for rebuilding muscle tissue, but it will in no way make you any faster.
Stick to something that has a low effect on the hpta and no water retention, eq is very good for endurance but it seems to take forever for that aspect of it to kick in. It takes like 8 weeks for me to feel the endurance kick, it must have something to do with the buildup of red blood cell count.
The first cycle I ever did was some mexican UGL of deca 200. I took one shot a week and was playing hockey the whole way through. I never gained more than 5 total pounds but I was a complete stud on the ice.

frontloading would help that quite a bit. maybe just an hrt dose of test?

I would never do deca without test but thats just me.
