Hi everybody, i have just started a cycle with sustanon and i would like to know the best type of needle that i need for an injection in the deltoids. I have a few 0.5 cc , 0.5 " ... should i go with a bigger one or those one are ok.

I have already done 1 with the 0.5 yesterday but this morning my shoulder hurt a little bit and i can feel a small bump

That sounds suspiciously like an insulin pin..... in which case you're probably using the wrong needle. What gauge needle is it? We're talking a syringe with .5ml capacity and a .5" length non-detachable needle, yes?

Since it's your first post and all.... care to share your stats, cycle plan, and pct with us?

you want 22g 1.5 inch needle + 3ml Syringe to draw and a 25g 1-1.5 inch needle to inject

You are right, it was an insuline needle. For the cylcle, i am plannng on doing 500 mg of sustanon weekly combined with dianabol .

I may have a few questions if you have time to answer

- should i be ok with a 5/8 " needle for delt injection

-should i have problem since i have used the insuline needle yesterday for .5 cc in each delt

-since i did it with the insuline needle (is the injection wasted or it will do the trick) for this time

I recommend 22-25ga. 1"-1.5" for deltoid IM injections. You'll probably prefer the 25ga. 1" since it's the smallest (we're assuming here your bodyfat is low/normal since you declined to post stats). Toss the insulin needles. Consider the injections you've done part of your cycle and just do it right from here on out. Why try it with crappy little slin pins when you know you can do it better? Believe me, those bigger needles don't hurt much anyway. You are aware, at least, of proper injection procedure, yes?

Yes i am aware of proper procedure ... and i dont fear needle at all. I used this size because i had some at my place. Usually i was doing it in my glutes (just wanted to change). I am now 212 lbs, 6" with a 10% bodyfat.

I thought that size was ok because my girlfriend is getting IM B12 vitamins each month with those needle. Since her shot are IM i thought it should be ok to go deep enough to hit the muscle.
