Dbol is known for strength gain and very fast. Dbol doesn't strengthen your joints and tendons. So if you have a shoulder problem already the extra weight won't help. If you don't have a shoulder problem...fire away. The pumps are crazy for me on dbol so don't confuse the pump for injury. Sometimes they get so bad its hard to continue for me on bis, lower back and shoulders. No exact answer for everyone. Listen to your body. Good luck.

Good point but it would be the extra weight being lifted that could cause the prob not actualy the dbol .

You are correct. That is my point on DBOL . It hurt my shoulders because I was increasing the weight too fast. The DBOL without weight training would NOT cause my shoulder to hurt.
