    How well does clen work?

    Hey, iv'e been looking into the effect's of clenbuterol on fat loss and was just wanting some feedback from people who have used it, whether it be negative or positive.

    I'm wanting to get on the clen too drop those few last kilogram's of bodyfat as i need to make weight (drop around 5kg's @ 16%BF atm) asap.

    Any help would be appreciated

    I have to disagree. Clenbuterol when used correctly with diet is a VERY potent fat burner. Used by athletes, fitness models,, even HOLLYWOOD because it works.

    my diet is 100% dialed in. Iv'e already lost 10 kg's in a few month's, but need to make weight asap as said prev.

    Im on low carb @ around 2000cal a day 50 pro, 30 fat 20 carb is breakdown.

    I am also training hard.

    Clen is not dramatic, loosing a shitload of water to drop 5kilos is.

    Make sure you carb up every now and then, but Clen is good.

    Does it degrade much muscle mass? iv'e read that it may be mildly anabolic but i have also read that if not on other AAS it can be very catabolic, this has left me unsure as i don't want to lose too much power.

    I have never used it, but always read on this board that it was anti-catabolic.

    clen has an anti-catabolic property which means it will help prevent muscle break down/decrease. That doesn't mean it actually builds muscle... it does help though. You will gain muscle faster because you wont lose as much when doing cardio

    I think it is different for everyone. It works very well for me but I am very sensitive to drugs. I have friends who it does not work as well on who must take 2x's the amount to see anything.

    if you get say oxyflux its hit or miss with those.. most research companies are pretty good.. surely not all tho.
    i go with the spiropent.. best out there imo

    What a good dose for a girl that's about 5'5 135 lbs.....she may take it with 12.5 mgs of T3....

    first timer
    good diet
    will do lot's of cardio

    your body produces between 20-25mcg of t3 per day as it is so that's kinda pointless(i assume you meant 12.5mcg and not mgs)

    No need to pyramid IMO. Doesnt seem to make a difference with me or friends etc - if you do a search you'll find a few write ups on how going 'cold turkey' at the end of your 2 weeks off Clen you wont experience bad side effects

    If I am very active, (tumbling 5 days out of the week, lifting weights 6) then I don't need to pyramid. Most ladies do.

    yeah, most of them are 25mcg tabs, i wouldn't run them together first though, use the clen for 4-6 weeks with diphenhydramine and see how that works first

    yep.. i ramp up quickly.. like over 3 days and continue desired dose for remainder of the 2 weeks. then hit the eca and repeat..

    personally i think clen is the nuts! ive found it works really well, im doing 3 weeks on 3 weeks off. im half way through and am taking 120mcg a day with only minimal tremors and very slight headaches! i havent tried it with t3 but im guessing that would be an awesome combo. my weight has dropped considerably whilst on clen but i have been training my ass off and doing a fair amount of cardio but yes it is effective. but obviously it varies from person to person.

    clen alone is not much good at all for loosing fat.....clen ans t3 together is a different story though....this combo works, and very good too!

    id beg to differ skinnykenny, it does work on its own, as i said in my last post it works differently for different people. it depends howur body reacts tbh

    Yeah iv'e read up on the clen t3 combo, but i was under the impression that t3 should only be taken with other AAS, as it ten's to waste muscle if not.

    I know they both work via totally different mechanism's (clen increasing core temp and t3 acting on thyroid hormones).

    Is there any validity too this? I'm sure iv'e read this in/on a few legitimate articles/board's.
