    Advise if possible, ty!

    Ive posted a cpl threads my info was a bit all over the place so ill just consolidate:
    I am 25
    6'5 about 280

    Body Fat about 20%
    Diet as of last to weeks is fish/chicken, salads and veggies, thats it.
    Work out 4-5 times weekly mostly strength training with some cardio to keep heart rate up whole work out.

    I am considering using Dnp for a two week cycle.
    I
    After that running clen and possibly anovar.

    Goals to lose about 10% body fat and to cut muscle mass. Weight loss more important by far then muscle gain.

    I am aware dnp is dangerous and not to be taken lightly, as far as the clen and anovar im not sure, or what may be a good starter steroid to start out on for weight loss and beginning training?

    I am aware that excersise and diet for awhile may be my best and safest option, but I want results quickly so ive decided thats not going to be my only solution so, advice away.

    You can say that again, DNP is not something to play with. If you want start with clen and up your cardio. If fish and chicken with some greens is all you are eating you should be able to get to your goal quicker then you think, hard work is the most effect way to lose weight.

    Carbs are not needed when trying to lose body fat. Your body will convert protein to carbs if needed.

    you mean use protein as calories?
    protein never BECOMES carbohydrate...
    you need carbs

    No, Your body can convert protein into glucose or a carbohydrate. If you mean that carbs help with a workout, I do agree, but you don't need carbs other then for energy and to help gain size. Here is a few links, you can also google search and find thousands of different articles on it.

    wow thats really good information i did not know, i had a complete misunderstanding then.
    so im sorry you dont NEED carbs
    carbs are just a good idea
