my doc just gives me a blank check list i can hit anything i want on it then get blood drawn and i just pick up the results

am i missing anything?

What if you have some fugged up readings? Wont that raise some flags to the doc that he might want to further investigate?
hematocrit bro...see how thick your blood is...also a1c(glucose test)
creatinine, checks kidney function.
LH and FSH, albumin, prolactin, shbg man i would go wild.
