- if you have MPB you can't avoid it - it's just a matter of how long you can hold it off
- if you really want to cycle, a paradigm shift might be in order; since its already a losing battle; screw the hairloss, shave off your hair, and just focus on getting BIG ... I'm half kidding and half serious
