Glute injections

Has anyone any tips/advice on pinning in the glutes by yourself as its not the easiest spot to reach and will be my first time doing so!!

i dont know if this helps but say your injecting your right glute, i usemy right arm to pin and left to hold,then vice versa

Yeah thats exactly the way I do it too. Might not work for some meatheads though.

I remember some guy here not too long ago would put both hands behind his back like he was getting arrested and did it that way. Dont think I could do that, but I think this guy was pretty freakin big and thats the only way he could do it.

Check out the site that TrailrunAZ states, i shot the glute the first time and it was very easy, even pulling pack to check for blood, no prob, just make sure your pin is the right size as it helps a lot.

Yea have 1 1/2" pins for glute and 1" for quads etc, have checked out the steroid .com site on pinning.
