    280
    bf% 22
    Diet will be reccomended cutting diet in diet section
    excercise 4-6days/wk
    cardio but emphasis on lifting and some kick boxing 4 cardio
    no cycle experiance
    will also be taking jetfuel with hoodia and ephdra
