    Couple of easy questions.

    Hi Bros.
    Weight: 202 lbs
    Height: 181 cm
    Bodyfat: around 10 %
    Age: 25
    Been training for 7 years
    Protein intake: About 350g ED
    Calorie intake: About 4500-5000 on cycle, 7 meals ED
    Last cycle: 750 mg/w Galenika Test E for 10 weeks with good PCT

    Have some questions.

    1. Im started a new cycle 6 days ago, Test E Galneika 800 mg/w, for 12 weeks. First time frontloading with Dbol 35mg ED. How long to notice any gains from it? Heard everything between 4 days to 2 weeks, whats your personal impression.

    2. Can it be the L-dex that hinder the full Dbol effect? Doing it at 0.5 mg EOD. Becouse Im really gyno prone

    3. Does the Test and Dbol have any chemistry between eachother, cant find this anywhere. I know thats Dbol is kind of useless on its own, and many use it becouse they dont want to wait for the long esters to kick in. But is it something else between dbol and test that makes it superior vs test alone?

    4. Have some gyno since before, in my right nipple. When I was on my last cycle it didnt progress anything. But in this 6 days with dbol, it seems to be a little more puffy and "pointy". Can this be the water/estrogen buildup, thats hopefully go away after discontinue with dbol?

    5. I eat alot of protein from food and supplements, but I never tryied "night protein". Do you notice any results from this? Or is ordinary protein enough thru the day?

    6. Have you felt any sides with dbol that contain lack of energy? I feel great on test, but when I started the dbol, I have trouble focus in the gym being really tired and with headache (I Drink alot of water). Do you also feel this in the beginning? I drop it after 2 weeks if its continue, becouse I cant do the effort Im used to now at the gym. I hope its just in the beginning before the body adapt. Really want to feel the famous dbol pumps

    thats kickstarting
    frontloading would be shooting 1600mg of test your first week
    it is in your blood the first day with a good diet etc you should notice gains quickly as they come

    thats a pretty average dose, the only thing thats hindering is bloat

    dbol was synthasized from test, to put it simply. the only good thing about bdol/test e over test e only is the test e takes 4-6 weeks to peak

    if youre gyno sensitive you should be using letro instead

    caesin protein releases a little bit more slowly so its taken before bed so you have nutrition through the night.
    after a workout you wanna have whey so it releases quickly. other than those two get real food

    I think I can feel it today, better pumps and recovery between sets, also some strength. Test taked 6-7 weeks for me so Im really slow .
    I looked at the scale today, and thought: - Maybe a pound water is added in 6 days, but the scale said: 8 pounds.
    Cant see it though. Can be becouse the higher calorie intake, more water and alot of protein

    Already have small lumps since before, so, if they get bigger, I bump it. Letro is too damn harch for me, feel really crappy on it

    you mean Casein protein right??...you take it at night for the trickle of amino acids to the muscle thruout the night.

    you can just eat cottage cheese before bed instead, cassein is protein from milk so all dairy contains cassein (unless you count cheese, which when pressed produces whey, but that another matter all together, especially since it would be a bad idea to eat 50g of protein from cheese each night)

    I find Cassein protein just before bed with a couple of wholemeal bread and peanut butter sandwiches great, i used to use whey but i do find the cassein better as it is a slow release protein and feels more filling through the night.

    I used to eat cottage cheese but found that the cassein ended up cheaper (i know tight arse)
