    Question need future cycle advice

    I'm 31, 5' 10, 150lbs, 11% b.f. Cycled twice before (years ago) with d-bol + suspension. Also sust 250 alone, the first time. Lifting weights for 10 years.

    Heres the question, I want to bulk up with lean mass and maybe even cut up a slight bit more (especially abs), but I can't explode in size too fast so not to be too suspisious. Nutritional supplements don't work, like creatine etc.

    Any advice on what to stack?

    I eat 6 meals a day which includes 2 Eas whey protein shakes a day 1 around lunch and 1 post workout, no alcohol or junk food.

    He doesnt know your diet, but he does know it sucks...

    You weigh 150lbs with 11%BF and YOURE 5'10!

    You obviously dont eat or lift, maybe a combination of both...

    Give me a diet summary/# meals per day (include how much your food weighs and macros, go into DETAIL!), this way i can prove to you it sucks...

    Your diet does suck he was right. You are a tiny 150lbs for a reason and unless you open your mind to the fact that your diet is off then gear will do nothing for you. Up your calories!

    your stats are a display of your diet and training
    you have nothing to amplify
    you be lucky to hit 160 in bloat
