I'm 31, 5' 10, 150lbs, 11% b.f. Cycled twice before (years ago) with d-bol + suspension. Also sust 250 alone, the first time. Lifting weights for 10 years.
Heres the question, I want to bulk up with lean mass and maybe even cut up a slight bit more (especially abs), but I can't explode in size too fast so not to be too suspisious. Nutritional supplements don't work, like creatine etc.
Any advice on what to stack?
