How long should I wait before another cycle?

I recently finished my first cycle, in which I did a stack of the oral winstrol and equipose. I did see some results, but not the results I desired. This is my fault because I feel like i slacked off more than usual and didn't hit the gym as much. My friend says i should just wait till spring break for my next cycle, so I can get better results, but I really would like to hit another cycle soon and then wait awhile before hitting the injectable winny for spring break. It's been about two weeks since I've been off, and my peak of the equipose was 300mg. How long should I wait before hitting another cycle, or should I even do another cycle or just wait for a good one for spring break?? All help is greatly appreciated..

a rule of thumb that some believe is that time on = time off.

for a newer user like yourself it is a good time frame to follow until you get to know how your body reacts to different dosages and compounds.

then you can tweak how much time in between based on what your body is telling you.

300mg of EQ is nothing by itself bro...stick around and do some research.

After you get a blood test and your test and lh look back to normal along with everything else.
