Okay... Where to start out.
Im 27 year old male. Former College football player. I know how to lift and how to diet.
While in college I was 240 pounds and about 11% body fat. I played fullback. I'm 5'10 still, damn it! My soph. season I got hurt while playing. I lost a lot of muscle while rehabbing then hurt it again and that was it for me.
My main points are legs and back. They were huge. Still have decent size. I have been lifting now for a few months. Mostly upper body and strength training to get the old bum knee strong again. Gained decent size and strength back. I cant really do leg work or run though and its hindering me bad. I can jog for intervals but nothing to build stamina. Get your knee destroyed twice and let me know how you do. Im about 270 now and about 16% body fat and my diet is not allowing me to get lower without starving myself and I refuse too.
I have a few friends that mess this stuff. I dont know much. I actually have been trolling around the past year reading and trying to figure stuff out but its hard to get straight answers without asking direct questions.
My friends are currently taking about 700mg a week of Trenbolone Enanthate. They are cut decent with a great build.
Im trying to get bigger. When I was 240 and decently cut it was impressive but i want to be about 250 to 260 and maybe around 13% if I can attain it.
Would Trenbolone Enanthate allow this or do I need another route?
