cutting with var
Cutting is going well, I'm loosing about 2 lbs a week but I want to get ripped and I'm afraid I'm gonna cut a lot of muscle if I go any further.
That's why I wanna get some anavar to stay anti-catabolic and I've heard it also works the stomach area melting away the fat (so I've heard).
Would this be a good cutter ?

I workout the split way total of 3 times a week and almost no cardio cause I don't really need to do that as I'm loosing about 2 lbs a week.

what is the cottage cheese like stuff? is it cottage cheese? Im thinking not. do you know your fat is almost half your caloric intake. seems way high. I would never exceede 30%. I would add more of 4 and less of 3. is the meat chicken or beef. why did you go w/ these %'tages? Im coming up w/ 41/18/48

1206+472+1040=2718
ok now lets do the breakdown
38%/17%/44%
pro/carb/fat
seems high for fat. are you carb cycling?

give shoulders its own day. its too taxed at the end of monday to really get anything and 4 sets is like warm up. 12 sets back seems a little light. I would split the leg into 2 sections and work on different days. hams and quads seperated by 4 days. and I like to put arms on its own day. you could turn this into a 6 day a week routine. this would give more attention to each individual muscle group.
as far as loosing weight goes, your body does not like to burn protien. If your loosing weight its probably a good thing.

Carbs make me fat. I'm doing my own version of the anabolic diet. Just keeping my carbs low and eating some nice pizza in the weekend hehe. Seems to work.
Splitting it up might be a good idea, but I think I'd rather add 1 day instead of 3 days. How about I add an arm/shoulder day at the end of the week ?
And why is 12 sets for back to light ? After that I'll only lower in weight even more, isn't that just a waste of time ?

like 189 said, carbs are essential. read the cutting stickey in the diet section. dont worry about loosing muscle mass. your body does not want to burn protien.
as for arm/shoulder day give it a try. and then try seperating and see which works best for you.
as for the back, what are the excersizes you are doing and how many sets for each?

youre an ectomorph but you want to cut- somethings mixed up here
dont bother with a cutting cycle if you dont have cardio
1. diet
2. workout
3. cardio
4. steroids

I don't even look like a typical ecto anymore bro but that doesn't mean that my somatype has changed.
It's not like a don't have the balls for cardio or anything. That's just a dumb thing to say. It's not that I don't wanna do it but I'm afraid I'm gonna lose to much weight to fast.
I make myself love cardio if it contributes to a good looking body. I dont give a **** bro
How much pounds a week would still be good to lose every week ?
I thought that 2 lbs was about the maximum...

2lbs a week is optimum in my opinion. if you dont like cardio then maybee switch up your workouts to full body ones. thay r not nessesaraly good for bulking but i find it is great for cutting. think about it. full body workouts stimulate the whole body,are intense if you keep rest between sets to 30-60 sec. intense workouts allegedly raise the bodys gh output(which helps in the facilitation of burning fat) and guess what,you can possibly get away with no cardio.if you were to try the full body workout then read up on circut training,super setting,giant sets,tecniques like that.also remember to keep the weights fairly heavy but at a weight that you can do for 12-15 reps.anyway thats my 2 cents. ive been doing it for the last 14 weeks and have lost 20lbs of fat.(ive been taking clen too)at week 17 i plan to shake it up and go back to traditional straight sets for 2 body parts a day split.i hope this helps man. experiment and find what works for you.p.s. if you try full body i thinck you will find them tougher than your current routien as long as you keep them intense.

no i dont but i do think fat people need to do cardio is my point
diet is very important for cutting, i just get a little offended when people want to turn to steroids before or instead of hard work

Ok I understand.
But I don;t wanna take steroids to help me lose weight. I just want to use them to keep muscle while cutting to a very low fat percentage.

thats the best reason to use them
but you cant expect to get to a low bf% on that diet and no cardio
you say cabs make you fat i just think you need a better diet- most your cals come from fat
and you need to put some cardio in too
imo, join boxing or something more might enjoy, wrestling, cycling something
treadmills suck

I did the real Anabolic Diet some time ago and lost a lot of fat while I was only eating fat and protein without any carbs during the week and carb up every weekend. But I didn't like to eat no carbs at all cause I don't want supper to be a solo thing.

im not saying the diet is bad
im saying you need cardio, not drugs
youre expecting to just take steroids and lose weight
try hard work
or go ahead and expect drugs to cut your fat but be sure to post in the member results forum so no one else wastes their money

The first and last time I took Var I gained between 5-10 pounds of water and started to get gyno, had to order some Letro... it sucked.
And whats up with the Deutsch, you guys got me all jacked up lol
