    Few questions on DNP

    I'm starting DNP tomorrow, read through the guides on here (very helpful) but just had a couple of questions:

    - Cardio before breakfast, would a 30-60min walk be alright? Or just try it out and see how I go?
    (Not sure how vital it is I get food in me before cardio, I know water would be #1 though)

    - Say I have an energy drink (regular so carbs too) would that be acceptable? I dont mean chugging down a 6 pack a day but yeah I do enjoy the odd 1 or 2 From what I read when you consume carbs on DNP it doesnt store them it goes straight to energy so would that still apply?

    Not sure on the cardio. You might have to try that one out, but definately only walk. You can have an energy drink but remember if you add carbs you have to take away fat. Also when i was on DNP i noticed that when i ate carbs i could tell my body temp go up. Keep that in mind.

    Another quick q: My DNP = 99% crystalline 100mg tablet .. Now everyone suggests taking 200mg on the first day(s) so would I take 2 at once? Or one AM, one after lunch? Thanks
    Andd .. I've seen some say DONT use Clen, but then I've seen others say Clen is a great addition to DNP (As with ECA) - Now I cant get Ephedrine here, but I have Clenbuterol .. should I add that too?

    All my answers are assuming that you know this stuff is not merely poisonous, as the members here will tell you anything can be if taken improperly, but rather an actual poison primarily used for the express purpose of extinguishing life as an herbicide & pesticide.     THIS DEPENDS ON YOUR DOSAGE, BUT AT ANYTHING OVER 200MGS, CARDIO IS NEITHER RECOMMENDED NOR WELL TOLERATED!

    IT MOST OFTEN TAKEN AT AND COMES IN 200MG (OR 250'S WITH 50 BEING CRYSTAL) CAPS, SO HAVING 100MG TABS AFFORDS YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE IT IN MORE DIVIDED DOSAGES, IF DESIRABLE.

    Always a pleasure to hear Magic.....especially when it comes to DNP.......I use insulin like it is going out of style, but DNP is one thing, that i am still hesistant about using.....I pobably will though.....

    I noticed some people will do a 3 day carb deplete (well it was recommended in a write up) but I decided not to as I wanted to start ASAP and last night was out, ended up having a good amount of pizza - would this give me more of a reason to lower my carb intake for the first 2-3 days? Or would it ultimately make no difference?

    Took my first dose just now, we'll see how I go I'm hoping my body will "max out" at 300mg per day, to the point where its more than effective and I can cope with it, either way dont think I'll go above 400mg.

    When you take DNP, it is like pressing the clutch down, and the speeder down. You dont have to move, because you are using alot of energy anyway.

    Thanks Bump for anyone else that may have some answers?

    Had my first side effect today, ended up tired in the afternoon so had a sleep for 1-2 hours and woke up sweating Thats with 200mg I took this morning but no sweating in general yet.

    I couldn't blame you for it Jay, with its renowned reputation for rapid and seemly precision targeted fat loss, who could? Just remember that like most things which seem too good to be true...it is as well! And after your body rather swiftly homeostatically restores those fat reserves, hopefully, you won't be compelled to return for subsequent use.
