    Cycle Question

    Is stacking Test E, Dbol and EQ a good stack? I have heard that EQ and Dbol are very similar so I was wandering if stacking the two would be wastefull? Thanks for your help.

    I am 28 years old. 5'8" tall @ 210lbs & 20% bf.
    Diet summary: BK = 4 eggs, bagel, milk & juice or Cereal, toast, fruit & milk.
    M2 = Turkey Sandwitch, water
    M3 = Meal Replacement bar, water
    M4 = Chicken, patatoes, veggies or Pasta, Chicken (or other meat), bread
    M5 = Protein shake
    I have been lifting for appx 12 years but have had periods of inconsistancy.
    I have limited gear experience. I have done a short cycle of Test E and had also tried Tren A. My cycle lengths were short, so I didn't get the results I had hoped for. But this time I will plan better and have all the gear I need in had at the start.
    I plan on using HCG, Nolvadex, Clomid pct. Not sure on dosing yet.
    My goals are to lean out, drop bf down to about 10% while gaining lean mass and strength. I also want to increase indurance, hence the EQ to help with that. I will also include 50-100mcg of T3 in my cycle to help with bf and maybe 25-50mg Proviron to help keep estrogen side down and help harden and lean gains.

    try leaning out first. dont need aas for this. need to spend time in the diet forum. too much processed food. not enough meals. you can get down to 10% w/o aas.
    btw, eq sucks

    That diet sucks...

    Thats #1...

    #2, if your goals are to lean out and drop BF(which, there are NO steroids that actually lower BF) then Test E and Dbol are not for you....

    #3 Your BF% is too high to be cycling...

    #4 You need an AI in your PCT... You could drop the HCG, its overkill for this proposed cycle...


    Post this diet in the correct section and myself and others will tear it down and build you a new one....

    The guys are right, you need to cut down bf before cycling or you risk alot of preventable sides due to aromatization
    Diet summary: Diet is horrible, but i'll help you with it if you want, here are some basic suggestions

    Eggs are good, cut out bagel(no nutrients), milk(lots of hidden sugar), Cereal(sugar, high GI, way too processed), toast(unless whole wheat), fruit is okay, what fruit are eating and how much
    Instead try eggs, oatmeal(steel cut or 5 minutes), and water

    M2 = Turkey Sandwitch, water
    What type of turkey, deli or processed, what bread, mayo? probably gonna end up cutting it out
    M3 = Meal Replacement bar, water
    Think whole food(because of thermogenic effect), how bout some chicken or tuna and sweet potatos, much better
    M4 = Chicken, patatoes, veggies or Pasta, Chicken (or other meat), bread
    chicken and potatos(assuming they are sweet potatos or red), cut out pasta and bread
    M5 = Protein shake
    is this your post workout? if so then eat some chicken, tuna or other lean protein, some sweet potato and some cottage cheese before bed
