Reaction to Test Injection -HELP

Hi I am a first time visitor to the forum.

Has anyone experienced this and if so what do I need to do about, and is it serious.

I recently injected 2ml Test undecanoate in my glutes.
2 weeks later I have a semi hard blotch on my glutes.
It was very itchy, and now it appears to be breaking down into smaller semi hard blotches and spreading around my cheek?

Anyone ever heard or experienced this?
