Hey, I'm new to this and I was thinking of using either test or decca? I am currently 155pounds and im 5'8 and I have 16.6% BF.....I just want to know which substance is better for me because I would like to gain some mass but not to much and also get cut up but of course I would like to gain the muscle first and loose the body fat. So which is best for me and what type of meals I should eat and also how many mg should I start with, Like I said I would like to get opinions from everyone am a starter and I have friends that do it but everyone does it different?
Please can someone tell me the proper way how to this, cause I am being guided by friends that also do it but they do it there own way and do all do it different and am confused??? I would like to know from beggining to the end...and any meal plans, workout plans,ect. Thanx
