help with cycle

gonna take sust 250 and deca. the plan:

Deca every ten days 300 mg
sust once a week 250 mg for 10 weeks
noveldex at week 8

want some feedback on the mg and stack
not too sure what were goin to do with the mg on the noveldex...need some suggestions.

sorry forgot to add the stats
mine: 265lb, 20 yrs old, lifting for 5-6 years, eat tons, bf about 12%

my roomate: 200lbs, 21 yrs old, lifting for sam tim and his diet is just as big as mine, done one cycle of deca two years ago, kept much of the gains
