I have never done steroids in my life but seeing what it does, i figured i would try it out. What is good to start with and where do I obtain it. Thanks for the help

2 meals per day? wow you are starving yourself. You need to eat5-6 meals per day. Get your diet worked out before doing anything else.

try 30g protein per meal x 8-12 meals per day spaced at least an hour and a half apart. Steroids come from the hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular-axis.
