    delt injection

    How deep does the needle need to penitrate for a delt test e injection?

    i do the same. 1 inch is normal but if your skinny then 3/4 will do
    source checks- 200 posts and 6 month membership min. entirely within my discretion

    yep.. i use 1" for everything but glutes..
    well except for the goodies with the slin pin..
