trying something new.
ok guy this is wot im on now had been on for 5 week
sus and dec eod
every thing is good iv also got some winny for the end = 6 weeks
im also thinking of putting in some Cytomel t3 in with it what do you guys think?

pushing GOOD on what im on now just want to lose a bit of fat?

k, how bout posting a pic so we can tell, the reason i ask is because if your bf is too high you risk alot of extra side-effects, plus it shows that you need to get your diet in better shape, diet is 90% of bodybuilding, trust me, over the course of a year i can gain more solid mass and lose more bf than some people i know who cycle(i don't cycle yet)
post your diet with as much detail as possible and i'll help you with that
what about pct, do you know what that is, if not i'll show you a place to look up all the info you need
i know this seems like alot of typing and researching but trust me, if you don't know as much as possible beforehand, how can you expect to have control over your gains

no cam at moment bro but ill let you know what i eat
oats 6 am
sandwich with meat 10 am
water
frut
pasta tuna 1 pm
fruit
water
fruit 4 pm
gym 7 pm
half chic with as lil rice as pos 1 small cup
i also have shaks 4 times a day 6am 1 pm 6:45 pm 9 pm

your diet needs major work, i bet you can double your currents gains without cycling just by changing it up
write down everything you eat today or tomorrow, including how much(portion) and how many grams of pro/carbs/fat per meal if you can
if you post this in the diet forum i'll help you critique, btw, 4 shakes a day is a really bad idea regardless if you are bulking or cutting, you need whole food, much better for you and allows you to manipulate your body better IMO
