nolvadex

when should someone begin taking nolvadex. post cycle or throughout the cycle. i will begin clomid a couple of weeks after the last shot, do i take the nolvadex then? is 20mg/day sufficient?

if you didnt experience any signs of gyno(itchy,burning nipples,lumps under nips,etc) then you dont need to run it!
hold on to it because you never know if youll nedd it next time
