questions
designing my diet for first cycle and need some help, whats the best to take for fats, and should there be fats at every meal or just with protein due to insulin spike, wrong section i know but diet thread gets no response ive been waiting for days its pointless over there

I seperate my meals into either proteins/fats or proteins/carbs......i try and never have carbs and fat together, and if so it is very minimal with the carbs......
If you have fats and carbs together, your body uses the carbs for energy, and most people end up storing the fat.....
I have found with this type of diet plan, i can eat more and i dont feel as bloated.....keeps my metabolism running super fast...

i space my fat intake throughout the day......i usually try and consume my protein/fat meals before my two workouts......The and then i will have a little bit of fat with my final protein meal before i go to bed.....This helps give me energy for the workout, and to help sustain my energy levels at night......i have stayed very lean eating this way....and have added about 1000cals to diet.....no bloating...
