    Localized Acne? From Injection spot...

Everytime I add a new injection spot...I always keep getting acne there.
I am getting them all over my quads now...and glutes.
I'm afraid to add delts if im going to get acne there too.

Is it the localized oil in that area that is causing it?

when i shot delts and biceps i noticed my acne grow in those areas. im not sure if there is a such a thing as localize acne so my experience might just have been my mind associating the shots with acne.

I've never heard of anything like this happening. Very interesting though, you don't see acne on the quads too often. I started getting a bit of acne on my arms as well, and thats the only place im getting it, which i thought was weird until i read this.

I dont think there will be many people who could explain why this man is getting spot acne.

    Localized dermatitis

    Hi bros,

you guys sound like you are having dermatitis or rashes. They look like small pimples (usually pin size), may or may not contain pus. they may be itchy and exhibit a "spreading" effect, usually it will start from a small area and spread across the peripheral area.

The trigger can range from contamination to anything that trigger allergic reaction. I suggest you switch to other injection area and make sure you use sterile needles. Use sterile alcohol swap (pls test if alcohol swap is the cause by swapping a clean area and look for redness or development of rashes).

you may need hydrocortisone cream to relieve the condition. always shower your injection site, keep clean and dry. I suggest you plaster your injection to prevent contact.

If hydrocortisone cream does not help, you need help from doc to assess the condition.
