nolvadex inhibiting gains?

Unfortunately, Nolvadex isn´t perfect. Anecdotally, it has been linked to reduced gains in some bodybuilders. This isn´t due, as previously thought, to its reducing estrogen levels (which it doesn´t), but rather to it´s ability to possibly reduce IGF (Insulin-like-Growth-Factor) levels, which are important for muscle growth.

What is meant by that? while you use nolva for your pct will you start losing more muscle than being able to maintain what you earned? Does it also mean that it will be hard for you to naturally build muscle until your body fully recovers while on nolva pct?

I'd like to know that too, i think the key word here is anecdotal.

nolva can reduce igf levels and even though i havnt seen graphs that show how much i assume it cant be that much when run at 20mgs for 4 weeks during pct because i never noticed a difference

That's too long of a run for a Nolva PCT cycle... should be kept at 4weeks or 6weeks maximum. Also, it should be run at 20mgs; higher doses if Gyno becomes an issue.

ive seen studies that showed lower IGF1 levels with NOLVA use,,but honestly never felt like my gains were hindered at all.
