    Angry HELLP....Need answers on starting a cycle

    Before i begin you must know i am a total newb to steroids and this will be my first cycle. I am currently 6' 3" 210lbs (working out regularly for 3yrs-5days per wk) and Im trying to lean up, lower BF%, and put on lean muscle. I've been looking all over the internet for advice on a good cutting/hardening cycle, but I have been overloaded with so much different information. Can anyone please give me some advice on what I should be taking, how much/when and also a proper PCT!!!????

    First of all cutting is all about diet, all the steroids will do is maintain your muscle mass. What kind of a diet do you have in mind

    make sure you have a solid diet and training routine otherwise steroids will do nothing for you.

    from the sounds of your description of yourself you arent in the best of shape and have done zero reading of any of the educational threads or profiles. my suggestion is to read those threads and get an idea of what you're getting yourself into.

    doesnt sound like you're ready.

    breakfast and lunch all i have is a whey protein shake. dinner I have 2 chicken breasts and a vegetable

    nope...id appreciate some actual advice and not criticism. I'm asking for help i don't need to be patronized amorphic. So if you have any advice im listening

    my advice was stated in my first post that you need to read the educational threads and profiles. pretty simple stuff.

    theres an entire section on diet as well as bulking threads in the diet section.

    pretty basic stuff for beginners, some reading will do you good.

    Very simple. Throw away your shakes and eat 8-12 meals of protein every 1.5-2.5 hours and you're set.
