Before i begin you must know i am a total newb to steroids and this will be my first cycle. I am currently 6' 3" 210lbs (working out regularly for 3yrs-5days per wk) and Im trying to lean up, lower BF%, and put on lean muscle. I've been looking all over the internet for advice on a good cutting/hardening cycle, but I have been overloaded with so much different information. Can anyone please give me some advice on what I should be taking, how much/when and also a proper PCT!!!????
