nolva and arimidex together?

hey guys...im doing a cycle of test e only...at 500mg per week
taking .25mg of arimidex ED.....
should i take nolvadex at 10mg ED as well? i have enough to take during cycle and pct.
my main concern is i dont want to get gyno....does arimidex at .25 prevent this? thanx.

yes adex is enough while on cycle. Save the nolva for pct.

DO NOT take Nolva during cycle. Nolva during PCT only.
An AI will be enough to prevent gyno during cycle.
Also do not take nolva and armidex at the same time as they counter each other's effectiveness.
