After a cycle of clen is it imperative that you take something like Benedryl??

no, you only need benedryl if your going to extend your cycle beyond 2-3 weeks, it is used to clense the receptors. time off of clen will also clense the receptors (usualy 2-weeks) you dont need any pct. but do watch your diet cus you wont be burning as many cals.
