    45 minute rule?

    Are you saying not working out more than 45 mins at a stretch in the gym? Damn, I ignored that rule long time ago, and I've havent even done roids yet

    Thats a good rule, you'd do well to stick to it if your goal is mass.

    please dont tell me you think about injecting 45min before working out so you could be "in the zone" when you get to the gym

    I should have clarified it better instead of assuming everyone knew what I was talking about.

    The general rule of thumb when working out is never to train longer than 45 minutes because that's when growth hormone tapers off and cortisol production sets in, was curious if testosterone had any effect on this.

    45 min. That is how long it takes me to recover before i can do it a second time with my old lady!!!!

    I think its closer to one hour. thats according to the "testosterone advantage." diet book I read awhile back. says the cortosol outweighs the test and hgh in your sys. dont know if it applies if you are on. I keep it to 2 one hour sesions per day. if you gotta go longer than an hour you might want to consider breaking it up
