    caffeine for fat burning

    i was just wondering your opinion on using caffeine for fat burning. the reason i'm asking is mostly because i'm curious about people's personal experiences with it, but also because of the numerous benefits associated with caffeine, such as focus, anticatabolistic properties, lower exertions perception and such

    i was going to run a 3-4 week cycle taking around 2-3g of caffeine per day, spread out between an early morning dose and a preworkout dose

    any comments/studies/personal experiences welcome

    that is a lot of caffeine....a soft drink i believes has 30-35mg of caffeine....I supplement with anhydrous caffeine, and it is 500mg of caffeine per 1/4tsp.....i feel super hyped on that....but then again, that is my only source for caffeine..... I only drink no fat milk and water......every once and a blue moon, i might have a real soda.....almost too sweet..

    I've never used caffeine, as in coffee, for fat burning purposes but caffeine is a great substitue to treat mild ADD syndrome. Coffee by itself, keeps me going at work/gym all day bro. I would like to hear from people who have used it for fat burning, though.

    Did you read something talking about this? Please elaborate...

    i use anhydrous caffeine too, and the taste is horrible, but i use about 1/2-1tsp before workouts, but i have a huge tolerance to caffeine, clen, meds, basically everything

    It does taste horrible......i dont care what you mix it with, you can still taste it.....I can take a lot of clen, but caffeine affects medifferently...... i usually would take about 1/4 tsp 3 times daily, so i guess that adds up to 1.5 grams.....i was definitely alert all day.......I think it hels with fat burning alot, bc it speeds up metabolism, which if your diet is on, you can burn a lot of fat....

    I would like to know how caffeine would be as a fat burner by itself without the aid of ephedra or clen.....

    hmm Ive never used it for fat burning. Mainly ill use it with ephedrine before a workout and in the morning to wake up. No Doze is all I ever use.

    i sure it would definitely aid in fatburning by itself, but to what extent, i have no idea.....it can speed up metabolism, and in some people it can be used for appetite supressant......

    Just pop a Lipoflame tab....30 min before your workouts it's got caffeine....Acl-L Carnitine and whole bunch of other good stuff.

    but if you use anhydrous, you can get 500 servings o 580mg for like 5 bucks.....cheap ass supp.....
