    What worked for you on DNP?

    I started DNP for 4-5 days but decided to take 2-3 days off to just re-adjust my diet and make it cleaner so thought I'd ask did many of you carb deplete for 2-3 days before hand? What diet did you find worked better for you?

    I've read all the FAQ's but theres a tonne of logs where people have gone from pigging out on junk the whole time to a strict keto diet so yeah, thought I'd grab some opinions Thanks

    After trying different forms of diet on DNP , the best that work for me was

    50 carbs
    40 protein
    10 fats

    eating anything i wanted did not work at all. i didn't gain any extra weight but i didn't lose anything either. i did hydrate alot though. i was constantly drinking water and diet pepsi, i would daily drink 20 oz of gatorade or v8 to replenish my electrolytes but besdies that stayed away from sugar items.... definately take some type of hydroxycut or other fat burners or energy pills. they definately assisted in lethargy. everything depends on how long are you cycling for? what is your weight? and what dosage are you going to be cycling. any questions either PM me and i will be glad to help out.
