    Question Gains

    hi im wondering what gains i will get from my first cycle 8 weeks on deca and sustanon ??good diet lots of protein

    8 weeks is way to short of a cycle IMO. You wont recieve the full benefit of Deca untill around week 3 or 4 so you would only have 4 or 5 weeks left on your cycle to make gaines. If this is not your first cycle I would run the sus/deca for 12-14 weeks. Gaines made on deca are strictly dose dependant. Basicaly "the more the better." Good rule of thumb is to do the same amount of deca with same amount of test. So if youre running 500mg/week of sus, you would also run 500mg/week deca.

    IMO you should not take that
    10-12 weeks of Test enth will suffice (500-600 mgs week)

    you don't need to stack 2 compounds in order to get good gains on your first cycle

    maybe it is a little short i could probably do it right maybe 12 weeks, im 5 foot 10 inches been training nearly 3 years, but i only weigh 160 pounds bench 90 kg shoulder press bout 70 squat about 110 my training is good, but i have a goal i want to reach and i no im gonna need sum special supplements to help me , my diet is good but i seem to be stuck on a plateau! not gettin any stronger
