any help ?
hi i have just started weight training and want to bulk up so any help is appreciated and i have been told that a good cycle to start on is 1ml of test max 400 and 2ml of testostorone cypionate a week but i am not sure because i havent looked into it anough yet so any help on that would be appreciated aswell. thanks

You just started weight training. Why would you want to use gear already?
I don't care what age you are, you can achieve the same results with hard work and diet.
By the way, what is your age?

the worst thing you can do is get on cycle when you're new to bodybuilding. the key to running successful cycles is to run them when you've reached your genetic potential.

You will grow and get strong as heck the first 12 weeks of weight training based solely on the neuro adaptations that will take place in your nervous and muscular systems. It would be an absolute waste of money to take roids at this point as it will be overshadowed by the rapid adaptation your body is going through.

Im not 100% but i think your friend recommended two different types of test. ask him what the difference between them is. There isnt, but it will be funny cuz he will for sure tell you something crazy. I agree with amorphic as well, if thats who posted that you shouldnt.
