I thought I could wait but......

I weighed in last night after 6 weeks of dieting and cardio. I am quite fucking excited to announce a total weight loss of 21 lbs !!!

Hell YES !!!!

I am not quite done with this transformation but I can say that EVERYTHING I DID CAME FROM THE HELP AND ADVICE OF THE AR BROS !!

The biggest thing with fat loss is CARDIO and DIET !! Bottom line it sucks ,I hate cardio but it is the magical pill folks.

OG- you are my ace brother ! Wait until the next 12 weeks bro. We'll be breaking walls down kid !

Dude, that's all on you my brother. We can offer advice and encouragement but it's you who is making the conscious decison to put only good food in your mouth and it is you who is dragging his ass onto the cardio machines day after day even when you don't feel like it. Feel proud of what you have already accomplished and use it as a motivational tool to propel you forward!! Great work Nuke!!

BTW...I spoke with Nuke on the phone yesterday. He is a stand up guy all around!! It's members like him that make this board so great!

About your question could it be water. I tend to lose water right at the beggining myself, and then start losing fat and then find myself right at the end having that last little bit of water to get ride of to dial right in.

So yeah it could be water..but it is the water you want to get ride of subcutaneous water, it is intracellular water that you don't want to lose. But you don't have to worry about that at your current stage.

Keep it up bro. Another pound and a half?? You are amazing me bro.

A little tip from experience and I always have trouble with this one just ask Mike_XXL, try staying off that scale of yours. Start weighing yourself weekly. It will blow you mind. And it is a mental thing.
