    sorry about the quality this is also after a workout and im sucking it in some lol so im borderline being on a bulking cycle then i just started a cycle of .....test enan 500mg week .. 50 mg win v a day... 20 mg dianabol a day... frontloaded it with 5 weeks hgh 4 iu a day and test enan and deca 2 tms a week

    Its not terrible you just need to clean up your diet a bit and train hard maybe do some extra cardio. The gear will not make everything perfect without the right training and diet.

    dbol isnt great for because it makes pretty much everyone hold alot of water. Just up cardio and clean up the diet.

    im doing 30 min a day cardio wrkn out 1.5 or more and trying to eat good but not great im sure lots of whey penutbutter chicken tuna veggies nuts trying to maintain somewhat of a diet along the guidelines posted in some of theese threads but im sure it isnt near good enough so how much do i need to loose and where do i begin again sorry for the newbie ?s but i am a newbie so thnx for your cander and not just outright calling me a fat ass lmao

    Where do I begin. Advanced peptides like hgh should not be used at all at your level. If I were u I woulld put the drugs down and learn how to train/eat and gain some real size on your own.

    I do know where you are coming from however as I was in your shoes. If you must, cut down to 13% or so and prime yourself for growth using the principals of carb cycling. Then do 500mg test for 10 weeks.

    IMO you're way too far out to even consider using. I can see you've STARTED in the right direction but the biggest part of BB is your diet. You need to research a lot more into that and when you get to a point where you think you've reached your natural capabilities then that's when I would get on here. I've just hit that point myself. It's not going to be easy but it'll be worth the wait bro.

    I looked simmilar to that when i started my cycle, probably 16% bf, I eat right and work hard and its a test only cycle, I am getting cut and ripped, Im not a BB for sure but really happy with the results im getting! dont get discouraged, IMO go for it.

    thnx bro the pic isnt all that good i have better but way to close up with tats and face in them lol but im not all that fat again thnx for the words of encouragement some of theese guys can be pretty harsh but hey atleast there willing to help so im thankfull for all responses again thank you i will post some more pics when i get some that dont have head in them .... btw why do they recomend test only i thought the winn v would help keep it lean gains and not so much fat ?

    I was told that if you do an 'only' cycle its gotta be test. I also do alot of cardio, i did 6 months of extream cardio b4 i started the test, with out test you will get bad sides like decca dick etc, and unstable blood levels are not good, they promote sides. A nice clean diet, lotsa hard work, plenty of rest... How old are you?

    how so? he probably has more mass then you , his body fat is around 15=17% and though it would be better for him to try and get 10 and under, he's in fine shape for doing a cycle.

    What they say about diet especially, and cardio being of extreme importance is true. I'm way fatter than you dude and I am going to be running an anavar cycle soon (despite everyones advice that it is too soon) but am putting a lot of focus on getting my diet dialed in properly.

    I've dropped 6lbs in 6 days with diet, cardio, and stomach vacuum exercizes (if you want to be ripped they are the bomb imo) but I have a lot more to drop, a LOT more.

    Getting a correct diet is hard man, but if you don't, if I don't, then the progress is very hard to make and even harder-if possible at all- to maintain.

    Oh, and btw, I know people are telling you to wait to start your cycle, but truth is, you'll drop body fat while on cycle, especially as an older guy like me...I find it a lot easier to drop bodyfat while on cycle than off...drop in 500 mg Test p/w with that Anavar and you'll be good to go.

    It's the balls, that's what it is. It's an isometric exercise (it's impossible to do with weights). Google it because too many of the pages that describe it are on compteting sites to this one.

    But here is a youtube video of a guy who has put a lot of work into that exercise, check what he can do with his abs!
    (the actual stomach vacuum exercise is when he exhales all the way, lifts his chest up, and then sucks in his stomach mucsles as far as he can, "trying to make his navel hit his spine" is one way it is commonly described. You do that and hold for 20 sec and do x reps. Then build up the time that you hold as the muscle strengthens. It works the ab muscle BEHIND your ab muscles. If you do this you wil notice better cut around your abs where they meet your ribcage and will probably notice it after only a few sessions. Now check out this dude:

    was doing 30 mns cardio a day now doing atleast an hr 30 pre wrkout ande 30 in the evening as well as wrkn out 1.5 hr a day usually 1st thing in the morning with some easy wrkouts on the evening some days still running cycle of test enan 500 mg week dianabol 20 mg day winn v 50 mg a day in the 2nd week of a 9 week cycle also have clomid and nolvadex for pct

    Better pic. I take my last statement back. I'm sure you'd do fine on a test only cycle. Maybe kickstart it with some Dbol. Again, You'll be fine IMO.

    yea you look totally dif in the 2nd pic. Your not that overweight to hold off on a cycle. Like everyone said diet is the most important during a cycle. Check the stickies in the diet section.

    You are around 20ish. I'm a personal trainer and deal with taking BF quite often.

    Forget about gear. Work on diet and training a quite some time and you'll see amazing gains.

    most of theese guys in here on a cycle look bigger than me bf% wise i dont get it but to help im gona go get tested and see what it is im in the cycle it prolly wouldnt be a good idea to stop would it
