i havent really trained ever..lifted in hs for football/baseball/basketball but just been lazy for years..im huge now in the wrong way..my test is way, way low..i know i have to eat good and do tons of cardio.. im 31 6'4 about 400 lbs of gross my test the dr said was 35..he said the normal range was between 400-800..dont have the exact #'s yet and will get the stuff on this week..i dont wanna get wicked huge just drop a bunch of weight and bulk up some..any positive feedback is appreciated..thanks
