    some help please

    i have very low test and ive been prescribed 2 tubes of testim per day and inject 200mg of test cyp per week..does anyone have some good workout routines..looking to drop weight and bulk up quick..should i also buy some other inject test and if so what?

    It doesn't even sound like you've trained at all. Is that correct?

    i havent really trained ever..lifted in hs for football/baseball/basketball but just been lazy for years..im huge now in the wrong way..my test is way, way low..i know i have to eat good and do tons of cardio.. im 31 6'4 about 400 lbs of gross my test the dr said was 35..he said the normal range was between 400-800..dont have the exact #'s yet and will get the stuff on this week..i dont wanna get wicked huge just drop a bunch of weight and bulk up some..any positive feedback is appreciated..thanks

    oh yeah and im on 50mg of DHEA ed

    You need to drop some weight and get in shape before you should even consider doing a full cycle. In my humble opinion.

    Agree completely w/this bigd... drop the weight first by exercising/dieting right. Have you been on the DIET forum? If not, go there and develop a clean diet. Then, go to the WORKOUT thread and pick a good workout program that fits you best... in 6 months - 1yr, you should be prime to start shooting the Test... sooner, if you really put 150% of you on dropping the weight.
