    2nd cycle, Test E/Deca/Nolva...need help!

    This will be my 2nd cycle, where my first consisted of 250mgs of Test Cyp for 10 weeks...with no protection! My "informer of juice", mislead me to believe i didnt need any, showed no gyno signs(wasnt sure if i would at such a low dosage) but ive been reading this ****in awesome site, learning more. Im wanting to do a cycle of Test E 200mgs/2xwk, Deca150mgs/2xwk(due to the belief i read here that says Deca supresses test, figured id induce more test!) and Nolva20mgs/day. I can't get ahold of any AI because the "guy" is limited....sucks. So heres my questions:
    1. Any suggestions onthe cycle itself?(since 2nd cycle, should i only do test?)
    2. Ive read here, only to take Nolva if i start feeling/showing signs of that little bitch Gyno, any suggestions?
    3. There are many controversial suggested PCT's i've read here (due to kickstarting with more HCG bc of Deca), so a suggested PCT would be helpful!4. How much wood could a woodchuck chuck, if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

    Sorry forgot to post my Stats! 22 yo, 157 lbs(160 soaken wet), 5'10, 10.2%bf, diet been in check for a lil over a year, and love walks on the beach with Ike.

    1) You are too small! Your BF% at that weight leads me to beileve your diet sucks! Sayin your diet has been in check leads me to believe that you have no clue as to what your doing.

    2) That cycle sucks, the doses are too low.

    3) Never take nolva on cycle IMHO. AI's are better.

    4) No PCT for you because of number one.

    5) A wood chuck could chuck all the wood it could if a wood chuck could chuck wood.

    gear is a waste if your diet sucks!
    I know first hand I wasted 2 cycles on a crap diet! I did make gains but nothing more dramatic than when I did'nt try gear.
    as soon as people helped me with my diet is when i made true gains!
    most people think the diet is good but usually it seems like more of a, I don't want to get fat diet than I want to make big gains diet!
    post your diet for everyone and you will get good advice.

    I know im a stick!! I've lifted weights since i was 17 and never took any type of supplements, just ate normally. But i have had a diet in check trying to cut weight thats why im a twig, more of a ketosis diet up until a few months ago i started basing my diet around 3100 cals/day, 240 protein/day, 300 carbs/day, and about 100-115 fats/day. ive pretty much stabilized my fat percentage and weight, and when i took that "uneducated cycle", i did not take any supplemental protein, but i have been here lately. and war4btt, was that evan tanner on your avy?? hey guys i appreciate your insight on my diet check, ill consider it more, but with this daily intake ive put up, what do you think??

    Concentrate on your diet and training and forget gear.

    You are too young for gear.

    thanks bbuilder, so you think my diets pretty good for preparation for later on?? and what about my bf, that seems descent for me imo??
