    what to use? kinda confused

    i am 19 and been bodybuilding for 5 years now naturaly, and i was thinking about using something that would help me put on some size. i am 5,5 130 right now. i was just wondering what would be the best thing to use to put some size on. well thanks for the help.

    Most will tell you to eat, maybe a weight gainer from GNC and lots of lifting. You defiantly don't need steroids until later in you life. You should work hard and build your muscle best you can until at least 25, most will say 30 years old.

    agree with everyone. you need to reach your genetic potential through a solid diet/training program and wait a few years until your endocrine system is past its growing stage. be patient

    and if your not happy with being 5ft 5 and you think your still got some growing left in you, dont take them..
    you wont get an inche taller.
