The best time to take your var is at regular intervals, if your diet is spot on you'll always have food in your gut anyway so it makes no difference.

Empty stomach?...whats that?lol i havent had an empty stomach in years.yeah if your diet is correct you'l always have food in your stomach.on a side note,if you dont mind the extra sugars take your orals with some grapefruit juice,i came across an article that says it can increase the effectiveness of an oral by up to 30%.

I've been taking anavar 20mgs x2, 5hours apart after meals so thanks for the replies, also prop at 75mgs eod no logs just started my cycle but you can hit me up in a week or two. thanks
