Question How much weight will someone gain on a 12 cycle of test prop?

I am going to do a cycle in October after my powerlifting meet and I was wondering if someone who is a very experienced user could tell me and gauge how much weight i might gain on a 12 week cycle of test prop running 350mg a week.
    My weight currently 182
    Body fat: 9-11
    height: 5'5.5''
    goals: only strength related mainly
diet plan as of now and has been for 6 weeks: 4 lo carb days, one high/medium carb day after the 4 lo, cardio at 140 heart rate for 40 minutes, recent started a fat burner.

there is no real way to tell what your gains will be because there are a ton of variables

agreed with the others. the gains are diet dependant. 350mgs/w is a low dose as well

Search in the member cycle results and see if anyone has run a somewhat similar cycle to yours and if they have then you can see how they did with it and then depending how similar your stats are to them and diet and weight training you can roughly guess about how much you will gain

thank you for the help. I thought about running a keto diet but maybe i will just stick to lo carb and medium carb 1 day. My diet right now lo day: 1. 66g protein, 50g carbs, 5g fat, 2. 66g protein, 35g carbs, 5 g fat, 3. 66g protein, 2 cups of green veggies, 8 grams of fat, 3 and 4 and 5 are the same, 6. 66 grams proteins, 10 g fat.
And a medium day will be: 1. 50 g protein, 50g carbs, all the meals are the same.
I am only intaking low glycimic{sp} carbs, such as wheat pastas, oatmeal, cream o wheat, ezekiel bread, potatoes and sweet potatoes. also additives include ground cinnamon and splenda, My proteins are only egg beaters, chicken, fish, and turkey. My fats are only olive oil, sesame oil, and fish oil. I used to use coconut oil but i cut that out along with natural peanut butter. So should i stick to that diet or go keto for the cycle?

no you wont. for the most part the strength gains are very hard to keep.

that doesnt make any damn sense, from what i have heard and read you keep strength from your test prop cycle. Dbol goes away i know this, but test makes you gain muscle and gets you stronger, you dont keep all of it, but you do keep most. if you gain 80 pounds with a lift, you would most likely keep 55-65 of it.

think about it. the strength/mass gains are from a huge hormonal increase. your nitrogen retention is greater, more protein is stored in your muscles and cortisol is basically nonexistant on cycle.

when you come off you lose that high level. cortisol shoots up, nitrogen retention diminishes.

with a pct even still you are only going to have pre cycle test levels. why would you think the strength of exogenous hormones would stay after they are out of your system?

well let us know how that works out. its my contention that you will retain some strength if you gain enough mass due to the strength/mass correlation, but if you are doing purely strength training you arent going to keep much post cycle.

personally i think that list needs to be revised. that information is merely a very vague outline of how compounds work/sides etc.

definitely something to take with a grain of salt

OK here will be my training cycle: 6 weeks of high volume, meaning 6x3 with the same weight of that day, making gradual progressions through the weeks, along with that for the bench squat and deadlift i will be training assesories, so i will be doing 3x8 for the assesory work. Now 4-5 days a week, of this high volume and high intensity will be more effective than say just two working sets on bench or squat or deads. I will also be doing a sheiko later on in the cyle so i will be doing two-a-day workouts, 4 days with two-a-days and one day regular. that is 9 workouts a week with essentially the same idea.

I agree that should be revised. Looking at the tren being a "5" for strength made me have to re-check it. Tren is right up there in the 8-10 range. There's a boatload of others too that I saw to be incoreect "for me anyway".
Fina/Prop will make you as strong as an OX!!!! and yes, you do lose a good majority of strength afterwards, especially if your dieting.

Well i will kindly add that during a cutting phase (as thats how your diet is planned out) your strength will jump slightly from increase in hormonal levels and will drop Post cycle for obvious reasons stated above me. BUT other reasons being in a calorie deficit diet or carb cycling, or keto diet, etc...

Maybe i'm a freak, but I lose size before I lose strength.

I generally keep 75% of the strength I gain on cycle and 50-75% of the mass, but then again I sit around 250.

The only drug that rough guess doesn't work for was tren...I'd be putting up 150lb dumbbells on cycle and have to drop all the way back down to 130s by the end of cycle...Generally can't get over 120 after being off for a time.

I don't gain too much size or strength or size from cycles, but I use more mild ones.

I tend to retain most of what I gain though.

I mostly use EQ/Tbol and Var.

But I'm not trying to be a power lifter either.
