    Thumbs up my cycle test e, dbol, var, proviron, how does it look????

    my cycle is going to be.

    1-12 weeks test e 500mg a week.
    1-4 dbol 35mg a day.
    1-14 proviorn 25mg every other day.
    8-14 40mg var a day
    14-18 clomid 50md a day, nolvadex 25mg a day.

    iam 15%bf so need to keep it down and try to cut.
    dont like the fort of water weight so need to keep as much off as poss. think i may get gyno easy, dont have it but have puffy nips

    anyone done cycle like this? any recomendments????

    whats your stats bro?there are alot of orals in there.are u using proviron to keep bloat down?25mg eod isnt very much at all.imo id drop the var,and do proviron from wk10-18 at 50mg ed

    Dropping bf is diet based and you say your trying to cut? Well dbol isnt the best for cutting it can be acheived but i wouldnt use it. Up the proviron. Clomid and nolva isnt needed nolva will suffice on its own so run the dosage 40/40/20/20.

    i only have 100 10mg tabs of var left fort i had 200.

    ye prov to keep water down.

    so what about this week 10-18 25mg prov ed, (due to the funds for 50mg ed)

    and week 7-10 40mg var ed.

    so is this pct fine?
    14-18 nolva 40/40/20/20 and prov 25/25/25/25.???

    Prov is not even needed just drop it. Pct is fine.

    Proviron is a nice addition to any cycle and pct depending on the price you pay for it. I only run it when i get it cheap.

    Decide if you want to bulk or cut. Clen is good for cutting but your cycle is not the best for that. If you are going to run that cycle for cutting get a strong AI to keep bloat down, even more when you are prone to gyno and watch sodium intake in your diet. Keep water consumption at 1 gallon minimum.

    ^^ nice post,proviron is never needed in any cycle but it is a very nice addition

    i want to bulk and cut a little if poss.

    would there be any point in me running 25mg ed of prov 1-18 weeks? to keep water down? its a little deer £15 for 20 25mg tabs.

    what about the var would 40mg do anything?

    Likes been stated prov is just a nice addition its not neccessary. The var dosage is fine but tbh bulk or cut not both choose one. And please edit the price as no price discussion is allowed. If you choose to bulk id save those clens for bridging till your next cutting cycle or use them in this cycles pct its up to you.

    iam 15% bf starting cycle next week. this is my diet now

    8.30- half cup of oats, half whey shake. pro 25g carb 20g fat ?

    11.00- 1 tin of tuna, 1 slice of holeweat bread. pro 30g carb 15g fat ?

    2.00- same as above.

    3.00- workout- whey shake. pro 50g

    6.00- chicken breast with whole grain pasta. pro 40g carb 40g fat ?

    10.00- casein shake. pro 40g.

    will this diet work? want to keep bf down, bloat down, and cut a little.

    your carbs are all over the place...you need them for breakfast, post work out shake and post work out meal. The rest of your meals should be pro or pro/fat. Breakfast calories needs to be up a lot. Try a cup of oats, full pro shake and some V8. Bring this over to the diet section and get some more opinions

    i only have the bread to wrap the tuna in.

    so it would be ok if i uped cals in morning and added more carbs pwo?
