The reason you aren't getting answers is because you haven't provided enough information.
What is the normal ranges of that laboratory? What exactly does it say? >52 just means "greater than 52" which is very vague. What are the units? How many units and of what volume is that per?
Is this a free testosterone or a total testosterone?
You have left out a lot of very important information.

take a picture of that report.
and there is no way that they'll do bloodwork and give you 1 report on test and another on estrogen (estradiol). They take the same amount of time to run and they will include them all on 1 report per patient.
There is no way to know if it's a free test or total. You aren't giving us units or anything. NO lab report will come without units. They will never post something without a unit and I'm pretty sure (never seen one without) that they can't post results without a normal range either.
So you are doing this lab work to see what your test is after 10 weeks of use? what dosages were you on? You should definitely be able to feel the difference in testosterone levels if you are on a cycle of steroids .

ya, that's fake. No lab name, no range, nothing.
mulciber, those are good "estimates" but it also depends on the lab. Different labs sometimes use different ranges and different units.

right got the proper lab sheet today
testosterone >52 nmol/l {9.0 -38.0} sample type serum
does this make any sense. he said it was a free testosterone test .can anyone tell me when you inject does it go straight into blood stream reason i am asking is because could it be a case of estrogen and progestrogen effecting my results or is it a case of when its in ;its in .if my recepters were blocked would that effect my results do the recepters stop the juice getting to the muscle or to the blood stream

Estradiol does not effect how testosterone binds and/or is used. Using a test with an ester (like p or e) it does not go directly into the bloodstream. it is slowly released over time.
Your estadiol levels can effect other things like bloating, mood, etc. It won't really effect the test levels when you have blood tests. You can have really high test levels and really high estradiol levels at the same time. Usually that is the case due to aromatazation.
And 52 for a free test is very high. You are almost double the high range.
