pick my cycle!
i want you guys to pick the perfect cycle with my stats.
Age: 21 almost 22
Height: 6foot
Weight: 198lbs
Bf%: 10-11
Working out for 2years
diet: 6 meals a day pretty clean. egg whites chicken meat pasta mad protien.
I did one cycle of dbol on its own and now i want to do a full cycle if anyone would help thanks!Last edited by verino; 09-16-2008 at 09:39 AM.

im looking to gain mass because im pretty strong allready(benching 315 for 3 reps) but want more mass.

well im gonna give you the stock standard first cyclei dont count that dbol only cycle cause oral only cycles suck!so:
1-12wks test E 500mg/wk inject 250mg twice a wk
what you got planned for pct?

Please, post your diet for us. Also, you don't need a cycle. You just need to eat better. With the strength you have, you just need to eat very clean in a carbcycling diet.

yeah i agree 100% on diet mine isnt very good.
1st meal 6eggs maybe some oatmeal
2nd meal: 2 tuna sandwiches on wheat
3rd meal: chicken and rice
4th meal protien shake
5th:more tuna
then carbs after workout and protien shake. along with 1/2 to 1 gallon of water a day
i have a personal trainer who is an ex bodybuilder and let me tell you he is sick! hes going to help on the diet and of course the training. he made me bench 405 but had two fingers under the bar of my chest then let go so i dont count that. im just looking for mass cause i think i got enough strength.

thats good. my PCT differs a tad bit
1-2 Nolva 40mg ED
1-4 Nolva 20mg ED
1-2 Clomid 100mg ED
1-4 Clomid 50mg ED
i used to actually run the clomid at 300mg ED for week one then lower it by 50mg for each consecutive week.
but i get the same results with this dose of clomid
i pretty much always run 19-nors so i use a few more things during PCT (hcg, caber, etc) but this fella doesnt need all that

same bro i run my clomid 100mg first 2wks,also add hcg but i dont think its needed for this cycle,dam bro 300mg of clomid...you mustve been an emotional wreck lol
