extended clen use

ive been searching on the forums, looking for a topic that explains how to use anti-histamines to extend clen usage. could someone please point me in the direction, or tell me how to do it.

every third week, take benadryl along with your clen.....50mg of the antihistimine should be fine every day.....then on the fourth week, continue on with just the clen

I usually take the antihistimine at night, so i dont feel sleepy all day.....
