Hi everybody.

I use to weigh around 162ish I'm 5'11. I now weigh 182. I've been in a food and drink rut lately. Just not healthy eating like I use to. And I love Sierra Nevada Beer.
My feeling is if I do The Clen-T3 stack it would help me stay motivated with my diet.
I only started hitting the gym at 35 years old. Before that I was your basic out of shape motocross'er/snowboarder.
I love going to the gym now. It's how I start my day.
I've never used anything before to help get into shape.
I did it naturally, but as I get older I find it harder to get back to where I once was.
Would I be better off trying to get as lean as possible naturally first than do the stack or should I start it now as a helper ?
