    Newbie with a ? and photo

    Hi everybody.

    I'm 42 years old and I've been pondering using a Clen -T3 stack to help lose some fat.

    I use to weigh around 162ish I'm 5'11. I now weigh 182. I've been in a food and drink rut lately. Just not healthy eating like I use to. And I love Sierra Nevada Beer.

    My feeling is if I do The Clen-T3 stack it would help me stay motivated with my diet.

    I only started hitting the gym at 35 years old. Before that I was your basic out of shape motocross'er/snowboarder.
    I love going to the gym now. It's how I start my day.

    I've never used anything before to help get into shape.
    I did it naturally, but as I get older I find it harder to get back to where I once was.

    Would I be better off trying to get as lean as possible naturally first than do the stack or should I start it now as a helper ?

    Welcome.
    Personally I would recommend tweaking your diet completely and making all the natural progress you can first.

    you look pretty lean in that pic....id say just hit the gym hard and optimize your diet

    When i was in belize my bags were full of valium dihydrocodeine and rum. Good times. But seriously, we need to know whats in the bag.

    Just a six pack of Belikin and I don't remember what was in the other.
    It wasn't tequila. You had to be rich to buy any thing other than Rum and Belikin.
    Some crazy tax like 200%..

    5'11" and 166lbs in that picture?? i'm 167lbs at 5'9" and you look considerably larger than me (with respect to weight). You look 182 in the picture.

    What we you making..syrup? valium,liquid codine and rum...Sounds like that purple stuff

    Just curious, have you had your blood work done lately? You state that you're 42 yrs old now. do you know what you rtestosterone levels are?

    might be a good thing to see where you're at.

    Good luck. It shouldn't be too hard to lean out if you get your diet under control and cut the beer out of it.

    are you a real doctor ? I'm kind of worried about using the clen /t3. I already have it. do you think it's safe ?

    it's not a good idea for him to mention it if he is because then when he gives advice it's considered "medical advice" and he can be held liable
