Im 21 male, 6'0'' 210lbs on a good day. about 18% Bf. I wanna throw on a little more size but not much, and cut down. Ive been looking at Clen . I see the 2 wks on 2 wks off routine a lot in here. but Im active military and if they see a big change fast i will get tested and kicked out. is it possible to spread the cycle out more so the change is more gradual?
