I never let it get any further than sore nips, neither should you, if your getting a touch start preventative action now.

Nolva 20mg ED for 5 days.

Not to where you risk gyno for it. its never worth it IMO.
And It will keep your water retention lower if you are using any AAS that casue water retention.

First experience was itchy nips, then soreness. Nips got very tender and eventually full blown gyno over about 8 years. Just got surgery done this week.

When you nips got sore, did you take anything?

i wouldnt use nolva..becuz if your gyno prone and you do have to run the ai for more than a week it can hinder gains, id invest in letro..i never mess with nolva on cycle...jmho

I started taking nolvadex, but then stopped and took letro. Letro helped, but I had prolactin induced gyno which is a bitch! I followed the protocol listed in C-Bino's guide, but for some reason I got bad rebound gyno. Honestly I think it has been growing ever since about 4 years ago very gradually. Then on HRT two years ago and that just added fuel to the fire.

got gyno after one of my many cycles. It came on quick and before i knew it, it was the size of a quarter. The only way, for me, to get rid of it was to get it surgically removed. I had a few complication after surgery but now 2 years later that tit is good to go.

Now the other one is a different story. just got gyno in the other tit during a cycle this time. I tried dex and l-dex and letro to keep it away but nothing worked so here i go again. the surgery is scheduled for next month. atleast when this one is done i never have to worry about it again. all the tissue behind the nipple has been or will be removed. I cant fvckin wait to get this new one removed.

nice!! good luck with the surgery..they actully remove the whole gland, correct??
