    would this work?

    Im 21 male, 6'0'' 210lbs on a good day. about 18% Bf. I wanna throw on a little more size but not much, and cut down. Ive been looking at Clen . I see the 2 wks on 2 wks off routine a lot in here. but Im active military and if they see a big change fast i will get tested and kicked out. is it possible to spread the cycle out more so the change is more gradual?

    Bro the change wont be that dramatic and Clen wont put size on you.

    i know Clen is meant to help drop weight and cut. I was also implying what should i use to put on a little more size?

    just get your diet and training in check. at 18% bf you should focus on your diet and naturally lose the fat.

    when you get thinner you can worry about bulking up. clen imo is overrated

    ive been hitting the gym hard 4-5 days a week. And my diet has greatly improved. But i cant seem to get anywhere else, no bigger, no smaller. I just kinda stay where i am
