Ive never found eth to be very painful, plus with 2x weekly injections you can get away with cycling the delts/glutes.
These are typically the most hassle free sites. I would go over complicating things without having to. If you were running Prop though then that would be a different story.
R/Gulte, R/Quad, R/Delt, L/Glute, L/Quad, L/Quad...
Those are the only places i use.

I keep reading that some of you guys are always recommending quads as well, so i gave it a go the other day....
And HOLY MOTHER!!!!! I was limping for a week, completely crippled!!!!

chest- painless
biceps- slight pinch
Glutes, quads, delts, lats, chest. I heard the biceps are really painful.
The only places I inject is glutes, thighs and delts. As it goes I had a jab in my right thigh this morning and touched a nerve so pulled out, changed pin and had another go further over and about half hour after the shot my knee was absolutely killing me, still hurts a bit now. First time thats happened!!
